If you are in an emergency, or at immediate risk of harm to yourself or others, please contact emergency services to contact ambulance, fire brigade or police.

Suicide Call Back Service – Call 1300 659 467 (Free Call)

The Suicide Call Back Service provides free telephone counselling 24 hours a day, seven days a week wherever you are in Australia.
It is a telephone service that offers short to medium term support for people at risk of suicide, their carers, and those bereaved by suicide.

Lifeline – Call 13 11 14

For support and advice in a personal crisis, call Lifeline 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Lifeline also has online chat available from 8pm -midnight seven days a week.

Beyondblue – CALL 1300 22 4636 (Free Call)

For help with anxiety and depression phone Beyondblue 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They also offer web chat from 4pm to 10 pm. www.beyondblue.org.au

Helpline for sexual assault or domestic violence – Call 1800 737 73 or 1800RESPECT

1800RESPECT is a national helpline, information and support service for those coping with sexual assault or family violence. Free telephone counselling is offered 24 hours a day, seven days a week. An online counselling service is also available.

Salvo Care Line in Brisbane – Call 3831 9016 or 1300 363 622 (Free Call)

Salvo Care Line is a crisis counselling service operating 24 hours every day of the year.

Men’s Line Australia – CALL 1300 78 99 78 (Free Call)

Kids Help Line – CALL 1800 551 800 (Free Call)
